Saber’s investment partners provide the capital structure behind our PPA programmes. This is not speculative funding; it is committed capital that allows us to move from assessment to deployment without the financial uncertainty that delays many renewable energy projects. The platform draws on a £300m senior secured facility from Pollen Street Capital.
The backing means we can fund single-site installations and national estate programmes with equal confidence. When we commit to a PPA, the funding is in place.
Group structure
One platform, three roles.
Saber is the customer-facing surface of an integrated three-entity group. The structure matters because the PPA is signed with a dedicated long-term asset vehicle, not a developer intending to flip the project. Senior debt is committed, and deployment is funded from day one.
SRE Capital Limited
The asset-owning entity. Customer PPAs sit with SRE Capital through ring-fenced project SPVs, and the £300m Pollen Street Capital facility lives here. This is the balance sheet that carries the asset for the full term.
Saber Renewable Energy Ltd
Origination, delivery and long-term operations. The brand you interact with, from first site assessment through to live operations and ongoing optimisation across the contract term.
SRE Collections
The cashflow waterfall, reporting and governance. Centralised revenue control for the platform’s PPA portfolio, giving institutional-grade oversight across every contract.
The responsibility split is clean: operational decisions, site access and strategic energy direction stay with you; capital, asset risk, performance and reporting sit with Saber.
