Sports and leisure facilities face significant energy demand from floodlighting, HVAC, hospitality and conferencing, with sharp match-day and event peaks on top of daily operations. Governing bodies and sponsors increasingly expect demonstrable environmental responsibility, so cost and credentials have to move together.

How Saber addresses it

The combination of thermal demand and high electrical loads makes sports venues strong candidates for a blended design. Hydrogen-ready CHP serves the thermal base load, Solar PV captures daytime generation, and BESS is assessed at feasibility for event-day peak management. All of it runs under one PPA, with metered output giving the credentials that sponsors and governing bodies look for.
