About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Saber Renewable Energy website at saberrenewables.com. By using the site, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

The site is operated by Saber Renewable Energy Limited ("Saber", "we", "our", "us"), registered in England and Wales under company number 14632750, with our registered office at 28 Eaton Avenue, Matrix Office Park, Buckshaw Village, Chorley, Lancashire PR7 7NA.

These terms cover the website only. They do not form a Power Purchase Agreement or any other contract for the supply of energy or equipment. Any commercial relationship with Saber is governed by a separate, signed agreement.

Using our website

You may use this site for lawful purposes connected with evaluating and engaging Saber's services. You agree not to:

  • use the site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, the server on which it is stored, or any connected server, computer or database
  • introduce any material that is malicious or technologically harmful, or that interferes with the operation of the site

We may suspend or withdraw all or part of the site without notice. We do not guarantee that the site, or any content on it, will always be available or uninterrupted.
